EXTREME LEADERSHIP
The Principles of Growth and Leadership
What does it take to build a career, a business, and a life that withstands every challenge thrown your way?
This isn’t a book about overnight success. It’s about the grind. The setbacks. The moments where everything falls apart—and the choices that turn failure into fuel.
From leading in high-stakes military operations to scaling businesses, navigating career shifts, and learning the hard way about money, leadership, and resilience, this book lays it all out. No fluff. No sugarcoating. Just the real lessons forged in the fire of experience.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a leader, or someone looking to take control of your own path, these lessons will give you the mindset and strategies to build something that lasts. Because real success isn’t about luck—it’s about what you do when things go wrong.

I’m humbled to share that Extreme Leadership was recently featured on the front page of the Woburn Daily Times. To have my first book recognized in the very community where I grew up is both an honor and a reminder of how far the journey has come.
The editorial highlighted the lessons and stories that make up Extreme Leadership—from my time as an Airman and Soldier to my work as a business leader—and how those experiences can help others learn to adapt, persevere, and thrive in the face of challenges. For me, being on the front page wasn’t just about celebrating a milestone as an author, but about bringing my story back to the place that shaped me.
It’s easy to forget where the roots of resilience and discipline are planted. Seeing my book tied to Woburn in this way felt like a full-circle moment—linking the values instilled in me early on to the mission I carry forward today.

Family Roots: Aunt Anna Mae & Uncle Louie
What made this feature truly special was the inclusion of my Aunt Anna Mae and Uncle Louie, owners of Louie’s Pizza in Woburn. Growing up, Louie’s wasn’t just a pizza shop—it was a training ground for life. It’s where I learned the value of showing up, working hard, competing with pride, and taking responsibility.
Under their guidance, I got my first glimpse of what it meant to lead and be accountable. The lessons I picked up in that family business carried forward into my military career and later into entrepreneurship. Hard work wasn’t optional—it was expected. Resilience wasn’t a word—it was a way of life. And community wasn’t something you talked about—it was something you built every day.
Including Aunt Anna Mae and Uncle Louie in the Woburn Daily Times article wasn’t just about honoring them—it was about recognizing the role family plays in shaping leaders. Their influence is woven into who I am, and their story is inseparable from the leadership lessons I now share with others through Extreme Leadership.
